第１章 総 則
（名 称）
第１条 この団体は、アジアデザイン・アート展覧会コンソーシアム(民間非営利団体）という。
また、英文名をDesign and art exhibition consortium of a new style in Asia .といい、略称をADAという。
（事務所）
第２条 この団体は、主たる事務所を〒157－0077東京都世田谷区に置く。
（目 的）
第３条 アジアのデザイン・アート展覧会とその展示作品を開発・研究する為下記の３点を目的にする。
●目的１：調和的発展精神を持ちながら、欧米文化とは異なる地域・風土性を生かしたアジア特有のデザイン・アートとその展覧会を顕在化することを目的とする。デザイン・アート活動を通じて恒久的世界平和を目指す。
●目的２：数多くのワークショップ・シンポジウム等を通して、各国・各地域の風土性を生かした独自性のある新たなる現代デザイン・アートの方向性発見と開発。
●目的３：多角的な専門メンバーによる「アジアデザイン・アート展覧会コンソーシアム」をアジア共通基盤として構築し分野別横断研究を行い体系化する。
アジアの地域・風土性を生かしたデザイン・アート展覧会開催を大きな集大成と定める。
First of all,there is a lot of exhibitions of various kind of designs and art in Asia.However we don't know what kind of exhibition is here where what time.The design,art and its exhibitions using the various cultural climate of country and landscape are rare . This evidence comes from a series of studies.Our symposium of a policy person, media a visitor, artist, designer and a researcher would settle this problem. New style symposium and workshop, various fieldworks would find the new type of design, art,its exhibitions.
Conclusion,we would like to establish Design and art exhibition consortium of a new style in Asia. HP of Design and art exhibition consortium will be plan with members.Consortium HP would send various information of our research, new Asia design and art, active workshop etc.
Finally, consortium would plan 1st Design and Art Triennial in Phnom Penh ,Cambodia.Activation of design and art, its exhibition in Asia is a target.
（活動の種類）
第４条 この団体は、前条の目的を達成するため、次を行う。
(1)学術、文化、芸術の国際振興を図る活動
(2)アジアデザイン・アートの情報化社会の発展を図る活動
(3)デザイン・アートに関係する国際親善の活性化を図る活動
(4)前各号に掲げる活動を行う団体の運営又は活動に関する連絡、助言又は援助の活動
３ 前項に掲げる事業は、第１項に掲げる事業に支障がない限り行うものとし、その利益は、第１項に掲げる事業に充てるものとする。
（事業の種類）
第５条 この団体は、第３条の目的を達成するため、次の事業を行う。
(1)デザイン・アートとその展覧会開発、教育・学会発表の事業
(2)ワークショップ・国際交流等の事業
(3)その他目的を達成するために必要な事業

第１章 総 則
（名 称）
第１条 この団体は、アジアデザイン・アート展覧会コンソーシアムという。

第２条 この団体は、主たる事務所を東京都世田谷区に置く。
（目 的）
第３条 アジアのデザイン・アート展覧会とその展示作品を開発・研究する為下記の３点を目的にする。
●目的１：アジア全体で数多くのデザイン・アート展覧会があるが、何時何処でどのような展示を行っているか解らず、情報が一元化されていない。アジアのデザイン・アート展覧会とその展示作品を調査分析し、実態把握する。
●目的２：数多くのワークショップ・シンポジウム等を通して、各国・各地域の風土性を生かした独自性のある新たなる現代デザイン・アートの方向性発見と開発。
●目的３：多角的な専門メンバーによる「アジアデザイン・アート展覧会コンソーシアム」をアジア共通基盤として構築し分野別横断研究を行い体系化する。
アジアの地域・風土性を生かしたデザイン・アート展覧会「2018アジアデザイン・アートエキシビジョン プノンペン」開催を大きな集大成と定める。
